Colin Cheaney
Colin joined IHT Wealth Management as an Associate Investment Analyst in May 2024 and actively supports the firm with trading, research, due diligence, and portfolio management. In addition, Colin is responsible for implementing and sharing model investment program changes with IHT’s financial advisors and executive leadership team.
Prior to joining IHT, Colin was responsible for the daily administration and management of OCIO investment portfolios at Marquette Associates. He received his bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Illinois Wesleyan University in 2021, where he was also a member of the men’s basketball team.
Originally from Batavia, Illinois, Colin is a mentor within the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization, enjoys travelling, and likes to stay active by running or biking on Chicago’s lakefront trail. He is a CFA charter holder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Chicago.
