Frank began his financial advisor career in 2001 with UBS Financial Services (formerly PaineWebber), and was a financial advisor for several other investment firms over the years. He has extensive experience in the financial services industry and focuses on meeting with clientele to determine their complete financial picture before offering holistic and comprehensive recommendations that seek to meet their needs now and into the future.  Frank is a fiduciary who takes his job seriously and acts with utmost care in managing his clients financial assets and financial planning needs.  He has a PhD in Business Administration with a specialization in Financial Management from Northcentral University, and an MBA from Webster University in St. Louis, MO . Frank has the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designations.

Frank also served a 23-year career serving in both the U.S. Navy and retiring from the U.S. Army. He has extensive executive, management, leadership, financial, logistical, administrative, planning, and training experiences serving in various roles as an Army Officer and enlisted man on a U.S. Navy Nuclear Ballistic Missile Submarine.   He was recalled out of retirement to active duty with the Army during the Surge of Forces (2006-2008) to Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom, serving as the Operations Officer for a Military Transition Team.   He planned and conducted with his team in conjunction with Iraqi Army Forces, combat operations on a frequent basis throughout the one-year combat tour in Mosul, Iraq.  He was awarded the Bronze Star and Combat Action Badge.  His last assignment on Active Duty was at Fort Hood, Texas where he served as Chief of Plans and Ceremonies sections for the Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security (DPTMS).   He also performed as Operations Officer in the Fort Hood Emergency Operations Center during the Mass Casualty event on November 5, 2009, where terrorist opened fire on soldiers killing and wounding many undergoing in/out processing.

Frank is based in San Antonio, Texas and is a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) and is married to Jovita, with one daughter, Stephanie and three grandchildren (Caroline, Sammy Jr., and Jazlyn), who reside in Clarksville, TN,  as his son-in-law, Sammy, serves in the U.S. Army at Fort Campbell, KY.
