Lance was born and raised in the Overland Park area. He graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. He has been serving clients in the financial industry for thirteen years and joined the nVision Wealth team in 2017.
Lance enjoys the relationships he has with clients. It is the relationship with a client which helps to define the path toward achieving his client’s goals.
Lance and his wife Lisa recently celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary. They keep busy watching their daughter Anna compete with her dance teams and her school show choir. Lance enjoys bird hunting with his Black Lab, Summit, spending vacation time in Colorado, and watching the Royals, Chiefs, and Jayhawks with family and friends.
Lance serves on the Board of Directors of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Kansas City Chapter and on the Board of Directors of the Kansas Chapter of the March of Dimes.

Born and raised in El Dorado, Jayme graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in communications. After living in Kansas City and Wichita, she returned to El Dorado where she now resides with her husband, Matt, and son, Charlie, born in 2008.
Bryan has served his clients in the financial services industry since 2008 he focuses on Retirement Income, Wealth Management, Maximizing Social Security, Tax Analysis, and Insurance. He works with clients to prioritize long-term objectives and seeks to maximize the efficiency of their investment portfolios.
Bryan grew up in western Kansas. While earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management at Kansas State University, he had the privilege of managing the K- State baseball field.
In Bryan’s free time he enjoys spending time at the lake or simply outside working in the flower and vegetable gardens with his wife Carrie, and children Carlye (7), Tinley (5), and Kanon (2). He also coaches his daughters’ softball teams.

Ed has worked in financial services since earning his B.S.B.A. from Valparaiso University in 2004. As a designated Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor CRPC®, Ed’s main focus is helping individuals and families with all phases of retirement planning (wealth accumulation, income distribution, and estate planning.)

Your initial consultation begins with the most important step: listening to what’s most important to YOU and helping identify your investment goals and objectives. Next, he will develop a customized strategy based on your risk tolerance, time horizon, and liquidity needs. Once your strategy has been implemented, he will regularly review your progress to ensure your strategy remains on track. Ed’s passion is helping his clients turn their financial dreams into reality.
Before joining IHT, Meghan started her finance career in International sales with William Blair & Co. in 1996. Working with several International offices and clients, she honed her craft in client relationships, planning firm-wide conferences, executing trades and overseeing trade reporting. She moved into the Private Investment department in 2000 as an administrative assistant to 3 top advisors.
In 2003, Meghan married and moved to Batavia, IL to raise her two children with her husband Mike.
Feeling the need to get back into the workplace, Meghan joined a small local firm before being welcomed to IHT in 2016. Meghan is our Operations liaison responsible for overseeing Advisors and Administrative staff to assure their ongoing success. She is our resident problem-solver while training new hires, providing marketing initiatives while seamlessly creating the “family atmosphere†IHT prides itself on.
Brian entered the financial industry over 27 years ago with the love of investing and the possibility that what people work so hard for may be protected through comprehensive wealth management. Being a college level athlete and now coaching his two boys in their own athletic goals, Brian also embraced the idea of working as his client’s financial head coach. At IHT Wealth Management, Brian coordinates the services of all professionals (CPAs, estate attorneys and insurance planners) to design his clients’ financial strategies situations and all they want to accomplish to work towards managing the intended goals.
Brian strives to develop financial strategies for his clients that take on the least amount of risk and generate the greatest potential return. He pursues this by understanding what is important to his clients both personally and financially and believes communication is a vital component in the relationship he has with his clients. Delivering advice based on a long history in the market also helps to instill in his clients the confidence that they are making informed decisions. Markets fluctuate but Brian’s highly personalized client service experience helps him work together with his clients towards their intended goals.
Prior to joining IHT Wealth Management Brian spent several years with prestigious firms like GMO, Merrill Lynch and A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc., building on clients’ investable assets.
Brian is involved with a wide range of town activities such as the youth soccer, hockey, and baseball clubs. Brian and his wife Michelle, a 2nd grade teacher in Braintree, have two sons, Colin, and Andrew.

Marilyn Friedman has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining IHT Wealth Management, she worked at Metlife/Mass Mutual, Oppenheimer, and Cook County Hospital exclusively selling Sec. 457 Deferred Compensation retirement programs to more than 6,000 employees. An accomplished public speaker, she has held over 100 seminars on various financial investment topics throughout her career.
As a Financial Advisor, Marilyn assisters her clients with stock, bond and mutual fund transactions. She also possesses Life and Health Licenses in the State of Illinois, which helps her clients with health and long-term care insurance. She also offers customized asset management services to help satisfy each client’s specific requirements and utilizes professional money managers to assist with planning clients’ needs.
Marilyn’s goal as a Financial Advisor is to help select and monitor suitable investments. She is committed to educating these clients about wealth preservation and protection as well as the careful strategy involved in preparing for and during their retirement. She is dedicated to efficient service and ongoing communications with her clients. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL and resides in Lincoln Park with her daughter.
