Frank began his career over 25 years ago, in a highly disciplined sector of the investment real estate industry; real estate auctions. As Head of Advisory for one of the largest firms in the US, Sheldon Good & Company, he generated one of the largest books of business over 11 years, Leading initiatives in Chicago, New York and Hawaii.

With a focus on Client Advisory services, his practice grew to include structured finance, corporate finance and real estate-centric investment banking; leading to his position at KPMG Corporate Finance, LLC, where he was Managing Director and in charge of expanding Advisory Services.

Frank later formed his family practice, as chief advisor to both private and corporate clients and their employees, offering all services in a comprehensive approach.

As Business Relationship Manager with IHT Wealth Management, Frank’s technical experience and intuition properly aligns the firm’s high-level service with Clients seeking a hand-crafted approach to investing. Francisco X. Diaz or Frank, as he is known, has had a life-long passion for math and helping people. He believes that the Finance industry is the perfect mixture of the things he enjoys most. Frank has nearly 20 years of financial advisor experience helping clients build customized strategies based on their individual needs. He believes that wealth management is an ongoing process that requires making adjustments as your needs change. Frank works for his clients as a fiduciary, and is an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) with IHT Wealth Management. Trust and transparency are his most important qualities as an advisor.

Frank Diaz graduated with Honors from the University of Florida with a B.S.B.A. in Finance. He holds several securities industry licenses, including the FINRA Series 7 held with LPL Financial, the Series 66 held with LPL Financial and IHT Wealth Management, as well as the State of Florida’s Life, Heath and Variable Annuity Licenses. Frank began his career in Tampa as a Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley in 2000. He also has over a decade of experience in the Public Education sector in Hillsborough County, specializing in the Florida Retirement System (FRS) and DROP programs.  Frank has been with the LPL Financial team as a registered representative since 2012.

He has been married since 2005 to his amazing wife Suzanne, a fifth-generation Tampa native, an accomplished corporate banker in her own right. They have two wonderful children as well as two Pomeranians. Frank and Suzanne are supporters of Junior Achievement of Tampa Bay, the Miss Tampa Scholarship Foundation, the American Heart Association, and the United Way. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, and relaxing while fishing or playing golf.

David Cohen was a Phi Beta Kappa at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, and has a degree in Business Administration. In the Jewish community, he served as chairman of the Addlestone Hebrew Academy, president of the Charleston Jewish Federation, president of Synagogue Emanu-El, chairman of the Charleston Israel Bonds committee, President of the JNF, and a board member of ORT.

In the general community, he served as a board member of the Trident United Way, Coastal Community Foundation, MUSC Heart and Vascular Board, College of Charleston Jewish Studies Board, Low Country Food Bank, and a member of Rotary International. In business, he was executive vice president and general manager of Coastal Institutional Distributors, vice president and general manager of PYA/Monarch, Inc., and was an account executive at J.C. Bradford and Co. Investment Brokers, Paine Webber, UBS, and Merrill Lynch. He is also a Certified Financial Planner ™.

Randy Cohen, a Charleston native, graduated from Indiana University in 1993 with a degree in Finance. He began his financial advisory career in Cleveland, Ohio and spent five years working in the Chicago suburbs including over three years managing a branch in Bannockburn, Illinois. Randy returned to Charleston in 1998 to fulfill a lifelong dream of working with his father, David. As of July, 2012, Randy and his family moved back to Chicago and will work in both the Charleston and Skokie offices.

Since 1998, Randy has worked on the boards of the Charleston Animal Society, Charleston Jewish Community Center, Brith Sholom Beth Israel Synagogue, The West Ashley Minyan and Addlestone Hebrew Academy. He has added his work as a volunteer with Arie Crown Hebrew Day School and the YU Kollel since he arrived in Chicago.

His non-working hours are devoted to his wife, Robyn and their 3 boys, Micah, Judah and Ezra and their golden retriever, Izzy.

Randy brings his passion for community, philanthropy and family to every client interaction. When he finds some time, he enjoys Indy Car racing and Indiana University Basketball, a holdover from his years in Indiana.

Randy focuses on the whole plan in the client relationship. Randy loves his work with clients and gains great satisfaction from their achievements and milestones.

James Cochran (Jimmy) has 10+ years of experience as a financial advisor. He utilizes both public and private market investments to help generate returns for his clients with a secondary focus on asset protection. Jimmy looks to minimize product expenses where suitable to keep total fees cost effective and take advantage of different investment vehicles and account types to increase tax efficiency.

Jimmy received his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CFP® certification in October 2010 and previously worked for The Northern Trust Company in their Wealth Management group.
