Ed has worked in financial services since earning his B.S.B.A. from Valparaiso University in 2004. As a designated Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor CRPC®, Ed’s main focus is helping individuals and families with all phases of retirement planning (wealth accumulation, income distribution, and estate planning.)

Ed follows a disciplined investment process for each of his clients. Your initial consultation begins with the most important step: listening to what’s most important to YOU and helping identify your investment goals and objectives. Next, he will develop a customized strategy based on your risk tolerance, time horizon, and liquidity needs. Once your strategy has been implemented, he will regularly review your progress to ensure your strategy remains on track. Ed’s passion is helping his clients turn their financial dreams into reality.

Matt Zivick started working with Bank of America/Merrill Lynch in 2007 and had over 20 years of overall customer service management experience before joining IHT Wealth Management. As the first point of contact for the team, he creates a seamless onboarding experience for new clients; and is also primarily responsible for portfolio construction and execution, cash management, trading, and all levels of compliance and document processing. Matt has a BA from Michigan State University and advanced his education by obtaining a finance MBA from Loyola University in Chicago.

Waldo Zayas has been working in the securities industry since 2000. He began his career out of college with John Hancock Financial Services in Miami, Florida.

He has his FINRA Series 6 & 7 held through LPL Financial, and Series 65 held through IHT Wealth Management, as well as the state of Florida life, health and variable annuity licenses.

Waldo is a graduate of the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business. While attending UF he majored in Finance and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

In addition, Waldo is a member of the Dave Ramsey SmartVestor Program™ where he has helped countless families put together a plan to eliminate debt, save, and invest for the future. The SmartVestor program was created by Dave to help his listeners identify financial advisors with similar values to his and have “the heart of a teacher.” Waldo also adheres to a strict code of conduct to keep his own financial affairs in order. He enjoys educating families regarding financial planning and investment principles so they can make informed decisions about their financial futures. Joy Wold is new to the financial industry and joined IHT Wealth Management in 2017. After years of experience in customer service, she brings a strong understanding on how to provide guidance and support to client needs. Joy graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelors of Science degree majoring in education. As a client relationship manager, Joy uses all her talents and experience to provide high quality customer care.

Ryan Wittig provides the highly individualized client service; and focuses on offering financial solutions that address risk tolerance, time horizon, liquidity needs, and overall investment goals for individuals and their families. He is committed to developing a clear, actionable plan for ensuring that all assets are working toward helping clients achieve what matters most.

Ryan advises clients on wealth accumulation and preservation through the creation of individually customized wealth management strategies. This process includes portfolio analysis, retirement planning, tax-efficiency and hedging strategies, and asset protection—with a specific emphasis on helping to pursue a lifetime income stream during retirement.

Ryan began his career in 1999 at Prudential Financial. He joined Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in 2002, before joining IHT Wealth Management as senior vice president.

Ryan is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, which is a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planning Board of Standards, Inc. He graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University with a degree in finance in 1999, and currently resides in Chicago.
