As a Florida native, Ryan DeWitt received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Florida and Masters in Finance from the University of Tampa. Ryan has been working in the financial services industry since 2015 with clients, ranging from retirees to young professionals, on retirement planning and wealth management. Ryan has extensive experience assisting Florida Retirement System (FRS) employees develop comprehensive financial strategies and financial plans that incorporate DROP, FRS Investment plan, FRS Pension Plan, and their current employer plan. Making it clear and easy to understand, Ryan has helped countless FRS employees develop a precise, actionable plan for ensuring that all their assets are working toward achieving their goals.
As an independent financial advisor and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Ryan works closely with clients to develop flexible financial plans that integrate risk tolerance, time horizon, liquidity needs, and overall investment goals for his clients.
In Ryan’s free time he enjoys hiking, exercising, and agility training with his Golden Retriever, Petey. Ryan is also an avid fan of all Tampa sports and enjoys spending time with friends, family, and being involved with his local church. Ryan DeWitt currently resides in Tampa, Florida with his wife and two dogs.
